How to Place an Order

Ordering from our store is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Browse the Catalog

Start by browsing through our product catalog. Look for the products that interest you and write down their product ID numbers. You’ll find this number at the beginning of each product’s name.

Step 2: Call to Order

Once you’ve chosen your products, call us at (619)333-1124. One of our specialized agents will assist you with your order. They can provide pricing, current promotions, and answer any questions you might have.

Step 3: Place Your Order

When you’re ready, you’ll place your order with the representative over the phone. They’ll walk you through everything to make sure your order is correct.

Step 4: Design Process

After your order is placed, it will be sent to our Design Department. Our designers will create a custom design proposal for your selected products, tailored to your business and incorporating your logo. You can give any specific instructions or preferences you have when you place your order in the Step 3.

Step 5: Design Approval & Order Preparation

Once you approve the final design, your order will be sent to the Verification Department, where it will be prepared for shipping.

Step 6: Shipping & Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery.
